For me it comes down to people that I just don’t know very well.
I don’t know if they were just being humorous and pulling your leg, or legitimately trying to be a dick and an asshole. And because that’s the only way they interact with people, I just can’t figure it out and it’s frustrating.
I always thought, even when I was 7, that big name sports stars teaching and reading to kids was kind of dumb.
shouldn’t the value of reading be taught by, oh I don’t know, someone who actually values reading?
